Review | Selexir Peace Balm

Hey there :)

One thing that annoys me about the colder weather is the effect it has on my skin.
Whether it's my lips or my hands, at least one part of me will always become dry when the sun goes away and the weather starts to cool.
Where I live lately, the sun seems to have disappeared resulting in my poor hands becoming very dry indeed.
I like to look after myself and having dry, chapped hands is a definite no-no in my book.

So when I was recently sent the Peace Balm from Selexir to try out, I was hoping that this was the cure my hands needed!

What They Say
Formulated with 21 natural ingredients, this Balm is a multitasking product that's ideal for travelling, preventing your skin from drying out on long haul flights.
The perfect travel size, this product contains Capuacu Butter to nourish cracked skin, Black Cumin Seed Oil to enhance skin hydration, Avocado Oil to promote cell regeneration and Mango Seed Butter to protect you from UV rays.
It really is all your skin needs!

What I Say
My hands were so dry that the skin had actually started to peel so I had high hopes for this product and I certainly wasn't disappointed!
This Balm is a super thick consistency and smells quite nice and fresh.
I liked to slather my hands with this right before going to bed and every morning my hands felt soft and nourished.
After a few uses, my hands were back in tip top condition with no more peeling skin!
I love this product and think you guys need to check this out if you suffer from dry skin on any part of your body :)

  6. My hands and lips also get really dry during winter, my face on the other hand keeps humectated during the whole year so such a dense cream would be too much. Awesome review!
