Hey Beauties!

Like most girls, I love wearing my makeup and do tend to feel more confident when I'm rocking some foundation, concealer and lipstick etc...

However, I don't often have a tonne of time during the day to touch up my makeup which leads us to the topic of the dreaded shiny face. 

Late in the day, the foundation I'm currently using (Rimmel Match Perfection) starts to look a bit dull and I can get a little shiny along my nose and forehead. 

I'm not a huge powder person so when I was recently sent the new Primer from Max Factor, which promises to control shine and mattify, I was full of high hopes!

What They Say

This Primer promises to extend the wear of your favourite foundation, so you can enjoy your coverage for longer. 

It will mattify the skin and hold the foundation in place for longer thanks to it's Flexi-Hold technology. 

This product also contains SPF 20 and micro-correctors for excess oils, perfect for use under your foundation. 

What I Say

I like the packaging of this primer with the glass bottle and it's pretty identical to the FaceFinity Foundation packaging. 

It doesn't have a particular scent, is white in colour and has a silicone-type texture, which not everyone loves. 

I really enjoyed using this product, it did a great job of smoothing out my skin, creating the perfect base for makeup. 

This did a good job of mattifying my skin but not in a dull and horrible way, my skin still looked healthy and radiant. 

My foundation does last well when paired with this so I am indeed a fan!
