Hey Beauties!

Lately, due to me wearing glasses, I have fallen out of love with mascara. 

Before, I wouldn't have dreamed of finishing a makeup look without a few slicks of something to boost my lashes so I was looking for a mascara to knock my socks off once more. 

So when I was recently sent the new mascara from Max Factor to try out, I was hoping that this would reignite my lash love once more!

What They Say

This product is all you need to indulge your lashes with the ultimate combination of a volumising base, then an intensifying lacquer. 

It will seal in volume for all-day impact and is easy to remove with an oil-based makeup remover. 

What I Say

I quite like the packaging of this mascara, with the black shade and silver writing giving it a slight luxe feel.

The volumising wand is huge and rather bulky so it takes a bit of getting used to as you run the risk of getting the mascara all over your eye.

The lacquer wand is easier to work with as it's narrower and more streamlined. 

The first wand is great for achieving that volumised look, making your lashes look sultry and full, while the lacquer coat gives your eyes a slight pop with an intense black colour. 

I love the effect of the first wand as I love my lashes to look thick and full and, while I am a fan of the lacquer coat wand, it's the first wand that has my heart!
I have to say though, this mascara is very tricky to get off so I certainly recommend using a good oil-based eye make up remover!
