Skincare is something that is really important to me and I feel like it's something we should all take seriously. 

A lot of people seem to think that you should only use things like anti-aging products when you have wrinkles and that is certainly not the case in my opinion. 

When it comes to wrinkles, it's definitely a case of prevention being better than cure as by the time you have wrinkles, the damage is done and  you face a difficult battle to diminish the appearance of them. 

For this reason, I take skincare very seriously as I feel like the work I put into my skin now will totally shape the skin I have when I'm middle aged. 

I'm lucky to have very good skin although it can get slightly dehydrated at times. 

I've been looking for products lately that will inject some moisture into my skin and a good serum should do just that. 

I was recently sent a serum from the lovely people at Avène to try out and was hoping this would be just what my skin needed...

This product is like heaven in a bottle!

I love Avène as a brand and have loved every product I've tried from them, they just always hit the nail on the head!

The packaging of this Serum is lovely, a frosted glass bottle with a pump applicator that feels quite luxurious. 

This Serum has a gel-like texture and a little goes a long way, I love how it just sinks into the skin immediately. 

After using this, my skin felt like velvet and I definitely agree that this enhances the performance of other products. 

You guys seriously need to check out this Serum if you want to inject some moisture into your skin!
