Hey there :)

Being a mom, it's really easy to let yourself go and make zero effort with your appearance.

Sometimes, the thought of putting on a face of makeup is as appealing as eating garbage.

Lately though, I've been taking time for myself and found that putting on makeup and general pampering can make such a difference to your mindset and how you feel.

I've been loving taking my time when applying makeup and it makes me feel really good to take that time where my biggest worry is which lipstick to use.

I was recently sent some makeup brushes from Nanshy so this was the perfect time for me to test them out and report back to you guys!

Set includes the Pointed Brush, The Flat Top Buffer Brush, The Round Buffer Brush, Flat Angled Buffer Brush and The Angled Buffer Brush.

What They Say

These brushes promise to assist in the easy application of mineral, liquid and cream foundation. The soft, dense synthetic bristles help create a velvety finish while being 100% cruelty free. After easily buffing and blending your base with these brushes, they promise to be easy to clean and store.

What I Say

I can't believe how much I love these brushes! Firstly, the thick handle makes them very easy to hold while using and I love the different white colour. The bristles are so soft and, as they're synthetic, they don't soak up all the product and are easier to clean compared to brushes with real hair. Not only are they great foundation brushes, I found other great uses for them too! The Round Buffer brush (which is just like the Expert Face Brush from Real Techniques!) is great for contouring, while The Pointed Brush is great for applying concealer to the under-eye area. Also, the Flat Top Buffer Brush is a great dupe for the Sigma F80! These are great, affordable, multi-use brushes, just what every girl needs!
