I have heard so much about micellar lotions lately and they certainly seem to be the way forward when it comes to easily removing your make up.
It seems that every brand out there is trying their hand at creating the best one that will take care of all your skincare needs.
Bioderma is probably the most famous micellar lotion out there, with Youtubers and Bloggers alike raving about it's amazing qualities.
Like everyone else, I've been dying to try Bioderma to see if it really lives up to the hype but I've also been eager to try micellar lotions from other brands to see if it's really worth the effort to track down Bioderma (it's mainly found in french pharmacies).
So, when I was recently sent out the Micellar Lotion from Avène to try for you guys, I was so excited and full of expectations!

What I Say
I have long been a fan of Avène and had high hopes for this product. Usually, I use face wipes to remove makeup and then start the usual cleansing/toning process. I couldn't believe the difference using a Micellar Lotion has made to my skin. You only need a few drops of this Lotion on a cotton pad and you're good to go! It completely takes your makeup off within seconds without leaving a greasy residue on your skin, like a lot of makeup removers I've tried. It has the usual lovely Avène scent and is very gentle on the eyes. All in all, I love this product and will certainly purchase it when mine runs out!
