I'll try and keep this as brief as I can...my name is Becky and I'm addicted to fake tan, there I said it :)

You guys know better than anyone the full extent of my obsession and I'm always on the lookout for a tan that will give me a dark colour while looking nice and streak-free at the same time.

I love trying different fake tans and like to feature different brands heavily on here, hoping that my opinion helps you guys to find your perfect glow!

When I was recently sent the new fake tan from Karora, I was super excited to put it to the test and was full of high hopes!

What They Say

This new breed of tan comes with a skincare status and has a development time that is quicker than any other.

Another thing that makes this tan so unique is that you can decide on your personal shade of bronze making it the ideal tan for everyone!

What I Say

I love the packaging of this tan, the purple colour is so girly and chic at the same time.

It has a pump applicator and is a mousse consistency which is my favourite type of tan as it's so easy to apply with a tanning mitt.

This tan goes on evenly and enables you to see where you've put it which minimizes the risk of streaking so it's a great tan for beginners too!

After applying this tan, you leave it on for 1-3 hours before washing off the excess, depending on how dark you want to go, so of course I left it on for as long as I could, hoping for a super dark glow!

After showering, I was left with a sun-kissed glow that looked natural and healthy although not as dark as I usually like to go.

I do like this tan and would recommend it to those who like a natural tan and those who like to have more control over their tanning routine.

During the Summer season, I seem to go crazy for fake tan.

Whenever I see the sun, I just want to wear neon clothes and flaunt some glowing bronzed skin.

Sadly, in Ireland, sunny days are few and far between so to satisfy my craving for a deep tan, I've become quite the expert at fake tanning.

I've been a fan of fake tan for years now and love the slimming effect it gives, perfect for that Summer confidence boost.

So when I was recently sent some tanning products from Karora to try out for you guys, I jumped at the chance, eager to find a new favourite fake tan.

Read on to see if I achieved that elusive Summer glow.....

What They Say

All Karora products are made using natural, organic extracts and don't contain any parabens, artificial fragrances, synthetic colours or harsh chemicals. Karora products are designed to nourish and revitalise your skin and are suitable even for those with very sensitive skin.

What I Say

I was sent the Instant Wash Off Tan and the Self Tan Mist and the first thing that struck me about these products was the packaging, so beautiful and luxurious. I tried the Mist Tan first and was very happy with it. I sprayed the fine mist onto a fake tan mitt to allow for an easier application and was very happy with the results. The tan glided on easily providing an instant colour, making it easier to apply and avoid streaking and the colour deepened over the next few hours. The next day, I was left with a glowing natural looking tan that lasted for days and faded naturally. Next, I tried the Instant Wash Off Tan and this was definitely my favourite of the two. I used a fake tan mitt again with this tan, this is certainly the best way to apply tan in my opinion. With this tan, you achieve an instant, very deep bronze glow that will certainly give you that glamorous look. All in all, I loved these tanning products and totally think you guys need to check them out! If you prefer a natural glow, I would recommend the Self Tan Mist, but if you prefer a darker colour then I would recommend the Instant Wash Off Tan :)
