I don't know about you guys but, where I live, the weather has been fabulous with the sun constantly making an appearance (unheard of for Ireland!).

It's this type of weather that makes me want to be active and out and about which is great for my weight loss efforts. 

On that note, I was super excited to hear about the great range of running apparel from Life Style Sports, who exclusively stock brands like StellaSport, Asics and Nike to name a few. 

Studies show that most people feel inclined to exercise more thanks to the brighter Summer evenings so you must ensure that you choose supportive, breathable fabrics. 

The new Adidas StellaSport collection performs better with it's fast-drying Climalite fabric and their capris (€42) and running tights (€48) will ensure you stay bang on trend also. 

My favourite piece has to be the pink and purple capris, the colour is great and I think they'll go great with a tan!

Now I love my fashion and sharing all the latest collections with you guys but I don't think men get the same love. 

Of course women love their fashion a bit more than men but I feel like men have certainly been getting more into their look lately.

I recently got treated to a glimpse of the new Spring/Summer collection from men's fashion brand 7 grand and just had to share it. 

This on-trend menswear label is exclusive to Lifestyle Sports and mixes urban attitude with a sharp style. 

This range has graphic print tees in a variety of colours and prints, lightweight hoodies and on-trend tailored track-pants, perfect for creating that layered casual sports look. 

The new collection features contemporary clothing in a colour palette of grey, navy and turquoise blue and is crafted from season-appropriate fabrics.

I certainly love my fashion and love to peruse all the latest collections but I do feel like one area where the fashion world is lacking is plus size. 

I feel like most brands just want plus size girls to cover up their curves whereas I think all women should get to feel sexy and beautiful no matter what size they are.
