Hey Beauties!

Being such a fake tan fan, it's important that I keep my skin in tip top shape as my skin has shown signs before that it gets a little tired of tanning after a while. 

If I use tan for a long time without taking proper care of my skin, I'll start to get dry patches and even an itchy red rash on my arms sometimes. 

I think it's because my pores get a little clogged from the tan and my skin can't breathe properly so starts to get a little irritated. 

Since learning this, I've started a regime for my body that includes regular exfoliation, plenty of water and of course a very nourishing body lotion every night. 

I don't have a particular favourite lotion, I just love products to leave my skin glowing and have a nice scent that lingers.

I was recently sent the Body Silk Lotion from La Perla to try out and I had such high expectations for it seeing as La Perla is a luxury brand.

The Bath lines have been totally restyled with more round packaging and a lovely black and white design. 

This rich cream intensely moisturizes and softens the skin while leaving behind a delicate fragrance. 

What I Say

I am loving this Lotion!

The packaging is lovely and luxurious, I love the gold writing and matte feel to the bottle. 

I use this before applying my tan and it makes my skin so silky smooth, the Lotion sinks into my skin and has a strong floral/rose scent. 

I did notice that my tan was so much easier to apply as my skin was so nourished and had a lovely glow and I love that the scent lingered on my skin, even the next day!

I would totally recommend this Lotion to you if your skin is screaming for moisture and a little luxury :)
