Hey there :)
Being a beauty blogger, I'm lucky enough to get sent products to review and also get treated to previews of different collections.
When I recently saw a preview of the Laura Mercier A/W collection, I must say I was excited!
I rarely get this happy about a collection so I knew I had to share my excitement with you guys!
Inspired by the dark side, Laura has created a collection that celebrates the magical ways of women.
Comprising a selection of seductive shades, this collection screams mystery!
With eyes being the main focus of this collection, deep blacks and grays are dominant for outlining them.
It's not all darkness though, light is coming from the face illuminator and the soft lip shades.
All in all, I'm loving this collection and think it's the perfect way to embrace the colder weather!
I was recently sent the two nail polishes from this collection so read on to hear my thoughts...
What They Say
These nail polishes truly represent the light and dark aspects of this collection.
With a great formulation and shade selection, you'll be ready to show off your nails to everyone this coming season!
What I Say
I am in love with these two shades (Bewitched and Forbidden).
The packaging is the usual sleek style that you would expect from Laura Mercier and the brush is nice and big which makes application easy.
My favourite polish is definitely Bewitched, it's such a beautiful dark green with lighter green shimmer running through it.
It's fully opaque in just one coat and looks stunning on the nail!
As much as I loved the shade Forbidden, a stunning almost rose gold colour, it was harder to apply.
It went on slightly streaky, needed two coats and once on my nails, it created those little bubbles you get with some polishes.
However, I do think Forbidden is worth the extra effort as the shade is simply stunning!
All in all, I'm loving these nail polishes and would seriously recommend checking out the shade Bewitched more than anything if you want a great polish that will last around 3-4 days on the nails without chipping (with a topcoat) and will make a statement this Autumn.

Which is your favourite shade?
